Terms of service

Overview. This website is operated by Telltale Art by Poe ("we," "us," "our"). When you visit the site or buy from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Products and artwork. Our prints are reproductions of original paintings by A. Poe. Each print is produced on demand by our print partner. We work to show colors and details accurately, but screens differ, and the finished print, canvas texture, and frame may look slightly different from the photos. Product images may include mockups or room settings.

Pricing and availability. All prices are in US dollars. We may change prices, products, or availability at any time without notice. If an item is priced incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud.

Orders and payment. You agree to give accurate, current purchase and account information. Payment is processed securely at checkout through Shopify and its payment providers. Shipping, returns, and refunds are covered by our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

Intellectual property. All artwork, images, and text on this site are © A. Poe / Telltale Art by Poe unless otherwise noted. Buying a print gives you ownership of that physical print only. It does not give you any right to copy, reproduce, resell as reproductions, or commercially use the artwork without our written permission.

Commissions. Custom commissions are governed by the details we agree on in writing for each project, including the deposit described on our Commissions page.

Use of the site. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability. The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Telltale Art by Poe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Privacy. How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy policy.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, except where your local law requires otherwise.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply from when they're posted on this page.
