Shipping policy

Made to order. Every Telltale Art by Poe print is produced on demand by our print partner, Gelato, after you place your order. Because each piece is printed, framed, and packed just for you, please allow a few business days for production before your order ships.

Where we ship. We ship within the United States and to many international destinations, including Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, Australia, New Zealand, and Japan. If your country is available, you'll be able to select it at checkout.

Shipping costs. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination and the print size, and you'll always see the exact cost before you pay.

Delivery times. Once shipped, US orders typically arrive within about a week. International orders usually take longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; carrier delays can happen, especially around holidays.

Tracking. When your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when the carrier provides it.

Customs, duties, and taxes. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can only update an address before your order goes into production.

Damaged or lost packages. If your print arrives damaged or your package is lost in transit, see our Refund policy and we'll make it right.
